RUUCHI respects the privacy of every customer, visitor, and design inquirer. We collect only the information needed to respond to your request, prepare quotations, personalize jewellery options, manage your account, process inquiries, improve our service, and protect the platform from misuse.
Information we may collect
- Your name, phone number, email address, city, and communication details.
- Design preferences, selected jewellery items, favorites, inquiry bag details, expected weight, budget range, captions, and customization notes.
- Reference photos, product photos, uploaded images, and future AI customization prompts or generated previews submitted by you.
- Basic technical information such as browser, device, session, and IP-related data needed for security, abuse prevention, analytics, and service reliability.
How we use information
- To prepare quotations, contact you about your inquiry, manage custom design discussions, and support order-related communication.
- To save favorites, inquiry history, account preferences, and future AI customization creations when account features are enabled.
- To coordinate with trusted craft, certification, payment, logistics, support, or technology partners only when required to serve your request.

We do not sell customer personal information. Uploaded reference images remain connected to your inquiry and are used only for design, quotation, quality review, support, and related business purposes.

Terms Of Service
By using the RUUCHI website, submitting an inquiry, uploading a reference image, requesting a quotation, or confirming a custom jewellery order, you agree to these terms. RUUCHI offers custom crafted gold, silver, diamond, and precious-stone jewellery based on your selected design, material, budget, and approved quotation.
Custom jewellery and quotations
All jewellery shown on this website is available for quotation and customization discussion. Final pricing may vary based on gold rate, metal purity, diamond or gemstone selection, design changes, expected weight, making charges, and certification requirements.
- Images, videos, renders, model photos, sketches, and previews are for design understanding. Final handmade jewellery may have natural and acceptable variation in finish, tone, stone setting, proportion, and reflection.
- Precious-metal prices are volatile. Before craftsmanship starts, customers must book the metal rate by paying at least the cost of the metal or the advance amount confirmed by RUUCHI.
- Cash on Delivery is not accepted at this moment.
- Designing, crafting, manufacturing, certification, and delivery may take time. Please consider a normal lead time of 7 to 15 days after confirmation, with additional time possible for complex custom pieces or special certification requests.
Certification
- All applicable precious-metal jewellery will be provided with hallmark certification.
- Precious stones may be certified by recognized laboratories such as IGI, GIA, SGL, or GII, depending on the product and availability.
- If you require a specific certification laboratory, RUUCHI can arrange the respective lab test at an additional cost and subject to the lab timeline.
Customer responsibility
- Please review design, size, metal purity, stone choice, budget, expected weight, and delivery timeline before approving production.
- Please provide accurate contact and delivery information. Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information may affect timelines.
- Do not upload images or designs unless you have the right to use them for quotation or customization purposes.
All disputes should first be raised with RUUCHI at helo@ruuchi.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns through discussion, inspection, replacement, refund, or other fair remedies based on the situation.
Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
RUUCHI stands behind the quality and commitment made to customers. Because most pieces are custom crafted, refund and replacement decisions depend on whether there is a quality issue, design mismatch, damage claim, or customer-requested design change.
Quality concerns
- If the quality of the product is not as per the confirmed commitment or display images, RUUCHI will provide a replacement item.
- In case of a genuine quality dispute, RUUCHI will refund 100% of the money after receiving and inspecting the item.
- For any refund, once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 10 days.
Design change without item fault
- If there is no fault in the item but you still want to change the design, design charges and making charges will be charged or deducted for the replaced item.
- Any extra metal, stone, certification, redesign, remaking, resizing, shipping, or handling cost may be charged based on the replacement request.
Damage claims and insured shipping
- Please record a clear unboxing video from sealed package to full product inspection to claim transit damage, missing items, tampering, or packaging damage.
- All shipments are insured provided the unboxing video is recorded and all packaging is kept safe while returning the item.
- Damage claims may be rejected if the unboxing video, packaging, invoice, certificate, or product condition is insufficient for verification.

Buyback & Exchange Policy
RUUCHI offers a buyback option for eligible jewellery. The final value depends on product condition, metal purity, certification, stone details, inspection result, and the prevailing metal price on the day of buyback.
- Gold or silver buyback is available at 100% of the eligible metal value as per that day’s metal price, after deducting making and designing charges.
- Diamond buyback value is calculated at 70% refund value, subject to inspection and certificate verification.
- If you purchase a replacement item, only design and making charges will be deducted where applicable.
- Stone loss, damage, wear, alteration, missing certificate, mismatch in hallmark or product identity, or third-party modifications may affect buyback value.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
RUUCHI follows a made-to-order jewellery process after design and material confirmation. Each piece may require design review, stone sourcing, metal-rate booking, production, polishing, certification, quality checks, and insured dispatch.
- Standard lead time is usually 7 to 15 days after order confirmation and required advance payment, unless a different timeline is agreed.
- Complex designs, heavy pieces, special certification, unusual stones, resizing, redesign, or festive/wedding season load may require additional time.
- Shipments are insured when dispatched through RUUCHI’s approved logistics process.
- Please keep packaging, invoice, and certificates safe until you are fully satisfied with the item.
